Guest. The artist Grazia Toderi

On the occasion of the inauguration of the collective exhibition Making Time hosted at the Galleria Poggiali, which collects the works of Slater Bradley, Park Chan-kyong and Grazia Toderi in an unpublished story, the Museo Novecento dedicates to the Paduan artist a meeting that allows you to retrace the main stages of its activity.

The talk will take its cue from the works of the Florentine exhibition, starting with those presented in the project room in via Benedetta, where, in addition to the new Red Map video installation, a focus on the production of 1997 is proposed: the historical drawings on paper, together with the famous Center, cibachrome on plexiglass. These works are joined by those presented in the gallery spaces, where the imaginary cartography of Atlante Rosso unfolds, 8 photographs created thinking about the sedimentation of the earth and the orbits of the planets and our eyes (red is made starting from the color of artificial lights of our cities in the night), alongside Disappearing Map, three unpublished works created on 5-6 sheets of superimposed tracing paper.
